Practices build over each class, with plenty of options provided to be suitable & beneficial for everyone, for days you are feeling full of energy or days when you most need to rest.
Holistic hatha yoga (using the breath and the body) with qi gong style warmups, breathwork, yoga postures, meditation and relaxation. Classes can be booked on a drop-in basis. Please get in touch if you would like to come along to try a class.
Most weeks are taught by local teacher Lauren Groch, who has been sharing yoga full time in the local area for 6+ years and practicing for over 20+ years. She loves sharing practices that help to ease stress, stiffness and anxiety, leaving you feeling more grounded, relaxed and energised.
