This popular festival returns to Okehampton town centre this October! You can attend concerts, music workshops and dances, plus events specifically for families. There'll be homemade food using local and responsibly sourced ingredients and bars with local ales too.
Hosted by Wren Music's professional musicians, the weekend celebrates great folk music from the UK and around the world.
The festival features international singer and songwriter Lucky Moyo, Scott Gardiner, an award-winning singer of traditional Scottish folk songs and accordion players Mel and Kat Biggs. There’s also local folk favourites, morris dancers and sessions with Wren musicians.
The featured artists will perform and lead workshops, plus you may find yourself sitting with them at dinner! At this festival audience and artists create one community. It’s a special thing to be a part of and lifelong friends have been made here.
Wren works with all people across Devon year-round. The festival events will have something for everyone to get you enjoying, as well as making, music!
Weekend tickets available with discounts for under 18s, families and groups. Volunteers are invited for stewarding, catering and more. Find out more online.
