Annual Town Council Meeting Wednesday 16 March

Do you have a bee in your bonnet? Is something bugging you about Tavistock or conversely, do you think a pat on the back is in order?

Tavistock Town Council will be staging its annual town meeting on March 16 and it’s the ideal time to have your say. Following a welcome by the town mayor and a statement on the council’s financial affairs, questions from the public will be taken. Anyone on the Tavistock electoral role may speak.

'The annual town meeting represents localism in action, affording an opportunity each year for electors in a parish to discuss affairs affecting that parish, express their views and ask questions of their local councillors. ' : Town Clerk

The meeting takes place in the Town Hall at 6.30pm.
