Olijam Communications Ltd is a data controller and we are committed to protecting your data and working in accordance with all relevant data protection legislation.

2. What data do we hold?
We collect data through searching for and canvassing businesses that we feel would benefit from our services.

We only hold information, such as the name, title, email address, work address and telephone number of our customers and prospects

3. How do we use your data?
We process your data to enable us to carry out our activities in accordance with our objectives and for our administrative purposes. ​

You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please see section 6 below.

4. How will we share your data?
We do not share your data with any other business.

5. How do we protect your data?
We have two pieces of software we use:

1 - Quay Systems Ltd which is an advert booking systems supplied by AOIMP Software. We have sought confirmation of their data security protocols and are satisfied that they are a responsible service provider. Please feel free to contact them directly should you have a question

2 – FreeAgent is an accounts package that we use for invoicing and accounts collation.

Both these systems are password protected

Internally all our computers have password and logon security

6. Your rights and preferences
If you no longer wish to receive communications from us please contact us on, or send us an email reply to any of the email communications.

You have the right to:
• ask us to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you
• object to specific data uses, as described above
• object to receiving communications and direct marketing.
