Dive in with Ocean Todds at the National Marine Aquarium

This June, the National Marine Aquarium (NMA) will be taking its BIAZA award-winning toddler sessions into the great outdoors with the brand-new ‘Ocean Todds’ for a special six-week summer series.

For the first time, youngsters aged 2-4 years will be able to explore, discover, and adventure in the outdoors alongside the NMA host team with a variety of science, games, crafts and music for adventurous toddlers and daring grown-ups.

Over the course of the six weeks, Ocean Todds will:

Nicola Murray, Head of Discovery and Learning at the National Marine Aquarium, commented, “We’re very excited to be launching Ocean Todds this summer. Each session will be held at Teats Hill, just next door to the NMA where toddlers and grown-ups alike will be able to explore the wonderful marine life right here on our doorstep in the Plymouth Sound.

“The sessions will educate, while engaging with the children in a fun and interesting way. As an educational charity, this at the core of everything we do – no matter what the age of our audience. Ocean Todds is a perfect platform to introduce and connect younger minds with our oceans.”

Running every Thursday from 21 June – 26 July, each Ocean Todds session will be held at Teats Hill from 11am – 12.30pm, and costs £35 per child for all six sessions.

As an educational and marine conservation charity, the NMA relies on visitor funds and donations to continue its mission to connect us with our oceans. For more information, to book tickets and learn more about how you can support the NMA, visit: www.national-aquarium.com.
