GAIA SPA BRINGS REVOLUTIONARY MASSAGE TREATMENT TO THE SOUTH WEST

Gaia Spa at Boringdon Hall in Plymouth will introduce Pure Massage to their treatment collection this February, bringing a revolutionary massage treatment to the South West.

All Pure Massage treatments are designed by Beata Aleksandrowicz and combine among others a deep tissue and trigger points techniques, energy work, myofascial release, dynamic stretches and Touch Therapy. Each and every treatment is personalised and reflects of-the-movement needs, working with each guest to ensure they get the very best from their treatment. Gaia’s team of therapists have been trained in the Pure Massage Spa Training Method by Beata herself during an intensive seven-day programme.

Pure Massage therapies launching at Gaia Spa include the Back Pure Massage, “trunk and branch” method where the priority is to understand and address the tension in the back and how it radiates out to the rest of the body and the Body Pure Massage, which aims to address and relieve years of built-up muscular tension, aches and pains across the body.
