Support for Ukrainian refugees - meeting today

A public meeting is being held at 2pm today (Thursday 24 March) at the Methodist Chapel in Chapel Street, behind Tavistock Bus Station - this is for anyone and everyone who has an interest in supporting our Ukrainian friends.

It is being organised and supported by TACT (Tavistock Area Christians Together).

There is also a table at Tavistock Pannier Market this Saturday 26th from 10am-4pm if you want to drop in for a chat about what can be done locally in Tavistock and our surrounding communities. This is being organised by Tavistock Quakers; Neil Jameson is co-ordinating the Saturday event. Neil will also be at today's meeting at 2pm.

There is so SO much to learn in these early days. Do come help to support those coming to our communities over the next weeks and months.
