TAVY 13 - A winning time of just one hour and 16 minutes!
Congratulations to all 255 runners who took part in the Tavy 13 race on Sunday. Chris Rimmer of Plymouth Harriers took first place with a fantastic time of one hour 16 minutes and 42 seconds. Closely followed by Marc Smerdon from East Cornwall Harriers and Andrew Vallance from Okehampton. Maddie Horton took 1st place for the ladies with a time of one hour, 26 minutes and 11 seconds.
Over 400 local primary school children also took part in the Primary Schools Challenge and Fun Run.
Despite a wet and windy weather forecast, the race was completed in the dry with all participants finishing before the weather closed in.
