The Miniature Pony Centre will be welcoming Dartmoor’s first Unicorn to start their season.
There will be an absolute abundance of entertainment hosted at The Miniature Pony Centre this year. The centre opens on the 21st March with the arrival of their new Unicorn on the 24th March. Come and visit Dartmoor’s only Unicorn – White Lightening in his new Rainbow Stable and see how he glows. The centre will be embracing all things Unicorn this season with great Unicorn gifts for all ages and bespoke Unicorn foodie treats which can be found in the Paddock View Café at the centre.
Over Easter there will be an Easter Egg Hunt plus Dan the Hat Children’s Entertainer and falconry to entertain all the family. You will also have the chance to explore the new sensory room and of course meet White Lightning, Dartmoor’s Unicorn. The Miniature Pony Centre is hosting all of these activities over Easter, along with Easter Egg Hunts, daily activities including pony rides and you will be able to get up close and personal with all the wonderful animals on offer.
Foaling Season from mid to late April will also be taking place and you will be able to come and see their tiny adorable foals. New for 2018 – the centre is introducing Breed Days where you will be able to meet different breeds of horses and learn more about them.
