Christmas at the castle

Christmas at the castle

We have a busy winter coming up at the castle. The castle will be closed during November so the winter deep clean will begin inside while outside, the garden team will be hard at work installing new edging to the paths in the garden borders.

We are very excited that for the first time since the conservation building work started on the castle in 2012, the castle will be open for Christmas this December. Inspired by the first Drewe family Christmas at Drogo in 1926, the main showrooms of the castle will be decorated including the traditional 12ft Christmas tree taking pride of place in the entrance hall. In the shop you can take advantage of shopping for gifts away from the crowds of the high-street and the café will be full of festive food and treats.
