Tavistock MIU (Minor Injury Unit) Open Seven Days a Week

The Minor Injury Unit based at Tavistock Hospital will open seven days a week from Monday 29 June 2020. The opening hours will be 08:30 until 17:30.

The MIU is there to treat you if you have an injury which isn’t life-threatening, but still requires urgent treatment. The unit has been open Monday to Friday but has now extended its opening hours to include weekends.

Diane Oliver, Matron for MIU Tavistock said: “We’re very pleased to have a full team embedded and ready to return to a seven day service to support people in the local area.”
