A fantastic new live show from Sam Willis, presenter of the BBC’s The Silk Road, and James Daybell is coming to Okehampton this December.
‘Histories of the Unexpected - The Tudors’ has received rave reviews while on tour throughout the UK, visiting festivals, theatres, schools and historic buildings.
This fast-paced show is suitable for all the family and demonstrates how everything has a history, even the most unexpected of subjects - you’ll never think about the Tudors in the same way ever again!
Sam Willis is one of the country’s best-known historians and has made more than ten series for TV. James Daybell is a professor of early modern history at Plymouth University and is one of the country’s finest historical thinkers.
