At Bawcombe Wellbeing, I focus on the individual and their symptoms to provide the most effect therapy for the client. My mission is to administer cost effective relief with leading-edge science and non-invasive methods, often with immediate results.
Eighteen months ago I introduced tuning forks into my therapies - and I haven’t looked back since, amazed at the results they were bringing to my clients. During 2019 I introduced two new treatments to Bawcombe Wellbeing: VFRT (Vibrational Fascia Release Technique) and Sound Therapy.
VFRT
This highly effective technique originated in Michigan USA by the New Earth Healing Centre. I have been following their success stories and am amazed at the results they are able to achieve in a short space of time. I felt this method could no longer be ignored so I travelled to Michigan and trained with them. I am one of the first practitioners in the UK to offer VFRT.
This leading-edge treatment uses a combination of pressure and weighted tuning forks to release fascial restrictions, inflammation and blockages. Interstitial fluids are then able to flow freely and instantly bring pain relief and flexibility.
VFRT is particularly successful in treating:

As we are heading into autumn and winter you may wish to have a head and neck treatment which will focus on clearing fluids in your sinuses, leaving you breathing more freely. With this modality an improvement with hearing is often reported.
VFRT is also effective for targeted inch loss (fat burning), anti-ageing and hair restoration.
Sound Therapy
In these sessions you will find yourself in a deeply relaxed state as the sounds envelop you. Sounds from tuning forks, gongs and other instruments helps calm anxiety and assist with stress related pains and illnesses.
This practice is also very successful in removing past pain and wounds, allowing the client to be ‘free’ of burdens they carry around with them. Sounds and vibrations create ‘waves’ which go through the body’s energy field and cells to harmonise and re-balance.
